1) What is your favorite way to move your body these days, and why?
My favorite way to move is my home practice which blends: yoga, dance, martial arts, body weight training and sounding. I feel free and energized by the variety and freedom of movement. Adding the elements of circular breath and sounding opens up places inside that quickly bring me into a deep state of presence with all aspects of myself - shadow/light and fear/freedom. It's a delicious time to breath, move, feel and heal.
2) Tell us about one of your superpowers…..
My super power is helping women follow their inner guidance to uncover and activate their soul purpose. Women's potential and empowerment has always fascinated me. It is truly a gift to watch a woman's passion and power bloom.
3) Who inspires you by the way they move?
Children inspire me, professional athletes & performers... but who inspires me most are people in everyday life that are listening to the rhythm inside their soul and moving in alignment with who they are, how moving feels, enjoying the expression and inspiration that comes from moving from the inside out like no one is watching.
