Ruffle Butt Leggings

Woohoo! Cute leggings with an attached skirt and 3 rows of ruffles on the butt. Shake your tail feathers while being ridiculously comfortable. Wear them to yoga class, or put boots with them to go out and play! The leggings are cut extra long so you can scrunch them up around your ankles for a ruched look.
